Time your time: blancpain chronograph!
How to get control of your time and your life is, perhaps, the most
important issue on time management ever exist. What do you need to
handle this task? A smart goal? A good plan? And may be you also need a
great watch-chronograph. It does not waste your time but gets right to
the point by familiarizing yourself how chronograph works and how to
find a great one for you to 'time' your time.
The greek words "chronos" and "graph" stand for "time" and "writing". A
chronograph is a timepiece or watch with both timekeeping and stopwatch
functions. For this, the dial has several sub dials with a scale, from
which the measurements can be read. How well chronographs can manage
your time depends on the number of those subsidiary dials. This can be
two, three or even four (rare). One of them is most likely to be
situated on the "9" of the dial, and shows the continuous seconds. The
second one-the minute indicator should be always located at the "3"
position. With this two sub dials chronograph, a period of 30 or 45
minutes can be measured. More complicated chrono's have a third sub
register for total hours, often located at 6 o'clock on the dial. This
enable to take measurements up to 12 hours, that is, can control and
record your work flow up to a entire day!
Want to record how much time will cost you to get a coffee from the
lobby? Want to know how long it will takes you to finish a report or
meeting summary? Or may be you just want
to keep a note about how often
the hot girl in the opposite desk will raise her head and show her face?
All of these, a chronograph can do a well job for you. So, the next
question is, where and how to find a this kind of watch for me?
There are may be dozens of this kind of products available in the
market. What I recommended is based on what I know. Although I try to
make this recommendation as objective as possible, some personal
preference about this watch is unavoidable. Therefore, please make final
decision by your own judgement.
The great watch I suggest you to use to control your time intervals is
Blancpain. The three sub dial design can let it handle this job easily.
Another point I want to address is that this brand is one of the most
ancient watch manufacturers in the world. Blancpain made its first watch
as early as 1735 and then never stop even during French Revolution,
World War I and World War II.
'Blancpain has always been rather revolutionary, a little bit crazy, a
bit of an adventurer. We have always tried to be different, to become
more innovative' said by Marc A. Hayek, the current CEO of Blancpain. To
give you some idea about how this watch looks like, I listed two
pictures below. You can notice from them that beside the quality
guaranteed by its long history, Blancpain watches also have fashion
appearance that makes your watch different with others. In a word, I
think this great watch-Blancpain can 'time' your time well and it is a
trustable and fashion timepiece worth to try.
