Baume Mercier has a rich history of more than 170 years! It was established in 1830 by two Baume brothers. The family of the two brothers had been making timepieces since the mid-1500s. Therefore, both of them were experienced in watch manufacturing when the company was found. In 1918, William Baume met Paul Mercier, a person who loved arts very much, created a partnership with the two brother's company. This is the reason why the company is named as" Baume & Mercier" today. The company developed better after cooperated with William Baume met Paul Mercier. It is good at manufacturing glamorous jewelry watches.
 
The Baume  Mercier Capeland Flyback Chronograph is a new product of the company. It is not as luxurious as other Baume  Mercier watches, especially the jewelry watches of the company. Yet it is worth to mention with a modern and classy look!

The stainless steel model is more elegant with a pure look while the rose gold model is glamorous and eye-catching. It is equipped w
ith an automatic moment which is Swiss made: La Joux-Perret ebauche. The winding rotor is stylish with the Φ letter, the logo of the company and snail décor. There are two sub-dials.
 
From the name of the timepiece most people know what function it has. It is practical as a dress watch with functions of hours, minutes, subsidiary seconds, chronograph and date. The case and the bezel are round. And they are made of the same material. If it features a stainless steel case, it comes with a stainless steel bezel. The case size is 42. 00 mm. Both the two versions are impressive with a white domed dial which is two-toned. It looks fashionable with Arabic numerals. The breguet hands are outstanding with blue steel. The rose gold model comes with a dark brown leather strap while the stainless steel model comes with a black alligator leather strap. Both the case back and the crystal are made of top sapphire. It is normal when a person wears it with normal wearing. People can also wear it with sportswear. They will look energetic and active if they wear it with sportswear!
 
The price of this watch is still not known. But it will not be cheap as most of the Baume & Mercier watches are expensive. It must be great to wear it with for work, for parties and for other places
